What is AutomatIQ Talent?
AutomatIQ Talent is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps organisations streamline recruitment. It offers tools for creating job posts, screening candidates with AI-generated competency assessments, conducting asynchronous video interviews, and generating ranked shortlists — all from a single dashboard.
Who can use AutomatIQ Talent?
The platform is available to businesses and HR teams of any size, both in Pakistan and internationally. Individual recruiters and staffing agencies are also welcome to register. A free plan is available for small teams to get started.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and follow best practices for data security. Candidate data is processed solely for the purpose of recruitment and is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards for both local (PKR) and international (USD) payments. Additional local payment methods (bank transfer, mobile wallets) may be available at checkout depending on your region.
Is my payment information stored on your servers?
No. We do not store card details on our servers. All payment information is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner. We only retain the last four digits of your card number and the card expiry date for display purposes in your billing dashboard.
How do I get an invoice?
Invoices are generated automatically for every successful transaction and are available in your account under Settings > Billing. You can download them as PDFs at any time.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a recurring payment fails, we will retry the charge over the following 3 business days and notify you by email. If the payment remains unsuccessful after that period, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan until the outstanding balance is settled.
Refunds & Cancellations
Can I get a refund?
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual and semi-annual subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided fewer than 10 AI credits have been used. For full details, see our Refund Policy and Return Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing in your account and click Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. If you need assistance, email info@automatiqtalent.com.
