Shipping Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

AutomatIQ Talent is an exclusively digital SaaS platform. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods. All products, features, and deliverables — including subscription access, AI-generated assessments, job post templates, and candidate reports — are delivered electronically through the platform at talentsift.learninghub.pk.

2. Access Delivery

Upon successful payment, access to your chosen subscription plan or credit pack is granted immediately and automatically. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address within a few minutes of the transaction being authorised. If you do not receive access or a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@automatiqtalent.com.

3. Invoice & Receipt

A digital invoice is generated automatically for every transaction and is accessible from your account billing dashboard. You may download it at any time for your records or for tax purposes. Invoices are issued in PKR for customers billed in Pakistani Rupees and in USD for international customers, as applicable.

4. No Physical Shipment

Because no physical product is shipped, there are no shipping fees, customs duties, or delivery timelines associated with a purchase on this platform. All applicable charges are displayed clearly at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

5. International Customers

International customers (outside Pakistan) may access the platform under the same digital delivery terms. Payments from abroad are accepted in USD via internationally accepted payment methods. Learning Hub Pvt. Ltd. complies with applicable foreign exchange regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan for inward remittances.
