Return Policy

1. Nature of Service

AutomatIQ Talent is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. Because no physical goods are delivered, a traditional "return" of goods does not apply. This policy defines the conditions under which subscription fees and credit purchases may be reversed or credited back to the customer.

2. Subscription Cancellation & Reversal

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • No automatic reversal is issued for the remaining days of the current billing month.
  • Annual and semi-annual subscribers who cancel within 7 days of the initial purchase and have not used more than 10 AI credits are eligible for a full reversal to the original payment method.

3. Credit Pack Reversals

AI credit packs purchased separately are non-reversible once any credits from that pack have been consumed. Unused credit packs may be eligible for a reversal within 14 calendar days of purchase, subject to a written request to info@automatiqtalent.com.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same subscription period or have been charged an incorrect amount, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, process a full reversal within 5–10 business days to the original payment instrument.

5. Service Unavailability

If AutomatIQ Talent experiences verified downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours in a billing month, affected subscribers will receive a pro-rata credit applied to their next billing cycle. Such credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

6. How to Request a Reversal

Email info@automatiqtalent.com with the subject line "Reversal Request" and include your registered email address, the invoice or transaction reference number, and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and resolve it within 7 business days.

7. Governing Framework

This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be referred to the relevant consumer protection authority or courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
