1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutomatIQ Talent (operated by Learning Hub Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan and any other jurisdiction from which you access the platform. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
AutomatIQ Talent is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides AI-powered talent acquisition tools including job posting management, candidate screening, competency-based assessments, and video interview capabilities. The service is available to organizations registered in Pakistan and internationally.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Learning Hub Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be providing false information.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
AutomatIQ Talent offers Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans billed in PKR (for Pakistan-based customers) or USD (for international customers). Full plan details, pricing tables, billing cycle discounts, and credit pack rates are available on our Pricing page.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other payment methods made available on the platform. Payments are processed by our authorised payment gateway partner.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain full access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a monthly billing cycle.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, its interface, underlying AI models, and all original content are the exclusive property of Learning Hub Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of data you upload (job descriptions, candidate data, assessments). You grant Learning Hub Pvt. Ltd. a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Learning Hub Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
