Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At AutomatIQ Talent (operated by Learning Hub Pvt. Ltd.), we strive to provide the best AI-driven recruitment experience. This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which we will return funds to you, and the process for doing so. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and, where applicable, in the same currency used at the time of purchase (PKR for local customers, USD for international customers).
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period and no further charges will be made after that date.
3. Annual & Semi-Annual Subscriptions
For annual and semi-annual subscriptions we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of the initial purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the subscription start date.
- Fewer than 10 AI credits have been consumed during that period.
- The request is made in writing to info@automatiqtalent.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
If all conditions are met, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment instrument.
4. Credit Pack Purchases
Additional AI credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from that pack have been used. Fully unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. To request, email info@automatiqtalent.com with your transaction reference number.
5. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same period, please notify us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, process a full refund within 5–10 business days.
6. Service Outages
In the event of a verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours in a billing month, affected subscribers will receive a pro-rata account credit applied to the next billing cycle. Such credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email info@automatiqtalent.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address.
- The invoice or transaction reference number.
- The reason for the refund request.
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and aim to resolve it within 7 business days. Refunds are processed in PKR for Pakistani customers and in USD for international customers, back to the original payment method.
8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes not resolved directly may be referred to the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
